I had a wonderful experience with them. I needed emergency dental work and Dr. Steiger and his team came through for me. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. Betsy was a dream in an extremely stressful and painful situation. If you every need dental help, they will take good care of you!

If you were going to read one review only, this is the one! I just want to say that Dr. Parnell is the greatest!!!!!! I am borderline psychotic about my teeth. And by borderline I mean absolutely could be diagnosed in an instant. They are the first thing you see and you only get one set! I am also an ICU nurse so I have seen lots of crazy things health wise. I have always been blessed with straight teeth and worked really hard to keep them healthy and white. Over the past year I had a life changing injury that has affected my entire body, including large amount of inflammation in my mouth. She has worked through it with me with grace and personal attention, including cleaning my teeth herself each time for continuity of care. I know she could tell me she was too busy and could let the hygienist do it, but she chose to continue doing it herself. I also faced an unimaginable family emergency. She met me with love and grace when I had to write a letter to her explaining I wasn’t compliant with my treatment plan (very hard for a nurse to not be compliant) because I couldn’t say the words out loud. Together, we made a new plan.Today I cracked my front tooth and saw her with much resistance and FEAR because I am absolutely vain about my smile and was TERRIFIED of a filling that was noticeable. All I could imagine was my my front tooth looking like a giant Chiclet!!! BUT She color matched me PERFECTLY!!!!!!! I could not be more thankful. Dr. Purnell. Your compassion over the years has made all the difference to me and I strongly recommend this practice!
