*IMPORTANT* I saw Dr. Setzer. I cannot fully express the level of compassion, service and professionalism by this office. My husband and I showed up here today after a consult with another dental office nearby that was unclean and unprofessional (named after a type of butterfly). We walked in having no appointment. I had a badly broken tooth that anchors a partial denture and needed fixed ASAP. We intended only to make an appt. After describing my problem and our experience at the other office we were told I could be seen TODAY. I was very nervous and embarrassed about my dental issues and everyone from the front desk, dental assistants, and Dr. Setzer, treated me with a compassion and confidence I can't fully articulate. Dr. Setzer consulted with us, prepped my tooth for a root canal and fitted me with a temporary crown within hours. He explained absolutely everything. The care coordinator explained the finances to us and set up my appointment for root canal and permanent crown. She was so pleasant. I was nearly in tears at how easy they made the process, the high tech level of efficiency, and being treated like the only patient. These amazing people were a BLESSING 🙌 🙏
